This option involves use of our skilled offshore based development or testing resources for your specific deliverables, as an extension of your team.

Ideally suitable if you already have an in-house development team and are simply looking to cost effectively extend/complement your existing development capability, perhaps for new project, while your core team provides business-as-usual support.

• This option involves our skilled offshore based development or testing resources for your specific deliverables, as an extension to your team.
• Core team will be retained on a long-term basis and the flex-team can be added/reduced based on the ebb and flow of the project. This option provides faster ramp-up and flexible ramp-down of development/testing resources.
• Assigned resources will work under the direct control of your Team/Project Manager. Weekly timesheets will be provided for Resources’ efforts expended.
